Aaand I've been trying some more shading!

The outlines I mainly drew because I wasn't overly happy with how I did Roxas' coloring on the Organisation XIII picture (something about the outlines being to bright... they'd have been a pain to change manually on that picture, though).
And of course, I needed those three In a bit more spotlight. They're far from being my favourite Characters, but somehow I still grew to like them quite a lot - not to mention Twilight Town provides a really good incentive to try some scenic shading.

Hey there! ^_^ Long time no read!

I've been wanting to comment this picture for a long time, as Days is easily one of my favourite episodes in the series. ^^ And this trio... gosh, I love them... (then again, I love all the KH trios!)

Anyway, Twilight Town provides a nice setting indeed: I love the sunset background and the way Xion's shadow is projected on the wall before her, rather than underneath her, it makes you really feel like the sun is low in the sky (although I wonder if Axel's shadow shouldn't be projected on the wall too, rather than just Xion's?). The buildings are bit too simple, though, but that's just me being a pain in the butt when it comes to backgrounds. ^v^

About the characters themselves, I find Axel to be the best looking one, especially as you found a way to give him a red coat without making it look too flashy. I also like the way his tail is a bit spiky too, not just his mane. Roxas looks great too, especially his facial expression! Xion's mane and tail, on the other hand, give off a "hastily drawn without picture references" kind of feel... I probably wouldn't have recognized her if she had been featured on her own, without Axel and Roxas to give some context. I love the fact she has no wings or horn, though: kind of mirrors her "lack of definite identity", a theme I've always enjoyed about this character.
